Datafocus does the extraction, coding and recomputation. You — or your accountant — make every judgment call. Nothing proceeds past a gate without a named human approving it.
1
Submit your documents
Bank statements, sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payroll, last year's signed accounts. Each document is registered, hashed and classified — duplicates rejected, nothing processed off the record.
2
Approve the trial balance
Every transaction is extracted with its source cited, coded into balanced double-entry journals, and rolled into a TB. Anything ambiguous becomes a numbered query — never a guess. You approve before anything moves.
3
Receive the complete file
Adjustments with authority, the extended TB, working papers — materiality, lead schedules, bank reconciliations, analytics — and MPERS statutory accounts. Then an independent engine re-checks every figure before sign-off.
